How much is shipping?
RLM is based out of Southern California.  We use the US Postal Service for domestic deliveries and the shipping cost will vary based on your location.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA/Mastercard/Discover/Amex as well as PayPal
How long will delivery take?
We do our best to keep our merchandise in stock.  Most orders will ship within 1-3 days and you will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as it does.
Can I return or exchange merchandise?
Products purchased from Run.Lift.Move. may be returned within 30 days of your initial order date.  All items must have their original tags attached and be unworn and unwashed.  Please contact us BEFORE you ship any merchandise back to us so that we can provide you with a RMA number.  You will need to cover the shipping back to us but we will refund you original shipping fee.
My merchandise is defective
First off, we apologize!  We pride ourselves on using quality garments.  If you believe you received a product that is defective, please contact us so we can create an RMA number for you.  We also ask that you email us a picture of the defect so we know what we're working with.  Once your RMA request is approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label so you can return the defective product and we can expedite a new one to you.
